Our business dashboard is a private application intended solely for DILU owners and authorized staff. Access requires credentials we issue, and you may not access or attempt to access it without authorization. The dashboard integrates with third-party services — including Square, Intuit QuickBooks, and Microsoft 365 — and your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers’ own terms.
The Donut I Love U name, logo, brand assets, and website content are owned by DILU and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
We rely on third-party providers (such as Square, Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and our hosting and security providers) to operate the Services. We are not responsible for those providers’ services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donut I Love U will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
